Watch What You Eat during Your Star Gazing Activities
Star gazers and amateur astronomers like to do what they love to do for hours. Quite often, they forget about the time of the day. Also, quite often star gazers don’t eat right during their activities – fast foods, chips and snacks are the “standard” foodstuff for star gazers.
You need to avoid such foods, because they tend to be fatty and high in glycemic index (GI.) What you need to do is to prepare your foods well before doing star gazing, and make this a habit. Use this glycemic index food list to choose foods that have low GI.
If you happen to eat “bad” on regular basis, you might want to do south beach diet phase 1. It’s a good way to lose weight fast – the plan lasts for 14 days.
Remember, eating right can make your star gazing experience a much, much better one.
